Driving Processes:
Ray also handles crucial processes within our company. For example, when we’re onboarding new partners or key hires, she makes sure they understand our communication protocols and get integrated with our software. This helps us set clear goals and ensures we’re all on the same page about what success looks like.
And most importantly, Ray keeps me on track. I can get pretty absorbed in meetings or projects, sometimes losing track of time. To keep things running smoothly, Ray uses an app to set unmissable alarms on my phone virtually. If I’m still late, she calls me, pulls me out of my task, and gets me where I need to be.
