Quarterly priorities: Next steps

1

Think of your biggest, best goals and come up with 3 Quarterly Priorities ("Quarterlines").

Then, add them to Snapshot.
Remember – Be discrete and realistic!

2

Create milestones for your Quarterlines.

Often, milestones 1 falls at the end of month 1, milestone 2 falls at the end of month 2, and the end of the quarter is when the final Quarterly Priority comes due.
Milestones will help you assess whether you’re “On Course” or “Off Course”.
