Principles: Next steps

If you're part of the leadership team:

1

Reflect on up to 5 situations where you experienced great frustration in your career.

2

Once you have the list, one by one, identify the principle that was behind that frustration.

3

Discuss the principles with your leadership team until you identify and define the company's principles.

4

Once you all agree on your main principles, add them to the Snapshot.

If you're not part of the leadership team:

1

Take a look at the company's key principles and come up with any questions you may have about them.

2

Discuss the principles, and any questions you have, with your manager.
