If you're on the leadership team:

Go through The 4 Questions exercise that you can find in your Miro Board.

Identify a paradigm that's limiting the entire company.

3

Replace the limiting paradigm with a new one and input it to your Snapshot.

Reinforce the new paradigm. Come up with ways of integrating the new paradigm throughout the organization.

  • How will you practice the new paradigm?
  • How will you preach it?
  • Which tool will you use to reinforce it?

If you're not part of the leadership team:

With the help of your department, identify a limiting paradigm.

Replace the limiting paradigm with a new one and input it in your Snapshot.

Reinforce the new paradigm in your department.
