Define what needs to get done in order to get to where you want to go, and list out the roles and responsibilities that will help you get there.

If someone fits the role, input their name along with the corresponding role. Remember - for a given role, only ONE person can own it.

Go to your Miro board and flesh out the Role Chart for your entire department.
